摘要
阐述了世界第三代稀土永磁体—烧结NdFeB永磁体的发展现状;介绍了高性能磁体的成分设计,分析了Dy、Tb、Al、Cu、Co、Zr、Nb和Ga等合金元素对磁性能的影响,提出了合金化的原则;总结了近年来生产高性能烧结NdFeB的先进工艺,如日立低氧湿压工艺、Strip-cast工艺、气流磨制粉、橡皮模冷等静压技术和双合金工艺等,并在此基础上提出了生产高性能NdFeB的工艺要求.
:Recent progress on the third generation permanent magnet—hi gh performance sintered NdFeB magnets,especially,the design of composi tion and the production process,was previewed in this article.The effe ct of some elements,such as Dy,Tb,Al,Cu,Co,Zr,Nb and Ga,on the magneti c properties and the advanced production process,such as Hitachi Low Oxygen Process(HILOP),Strip Casting(SC), Jet Milling(JM),Rubber Iso static Pressing(RIP)and binary alloys process,had been introduced in d etail.On these bases,the principle to design the alloy composition and the reasonable production process were introduced.
