As SMEs account for over 95 percent in Chinese enterprises and are the most active economy increase point,so in present market economy condition,SMEs must have a long term point of view,attach more importance to collect,analyze and utilize information and construct crisis management system.Constructing this system can collect information on crisis in time,predict and prevent crisis and look for new opportunity.
