本文对数字图书馆的理论及其技术实现方法以及我国的具体情况作了分析研究 ,提出了建立数字图书馆实验系统 ,将电子阅览室作为该系统的实验基地。

This paper analyzes the theory and technical method of digital library.It study the situation of China and suggest to build a experimental system of digital library of which electronic reading room is the experiment base.
