摘要
文章探讨了网络环境下信息资源的特点 ,论述了图书馆信息资源开发的有效途径 ,并提出了实现这些有效途径的方法及对策。
This paper discusses the traits of information resource in network environment,demonstrates the efficient way and points out the methods,countermeasures to realize it.
