河北省信息产业宏观分析及“十五”期间发展对策

Macroscopic Analysis of Information Industry in Hebei Province and the Development Countermeasure during the Tenth Five-Year Plan

本文用“指数法”测度河北省社会信息化水平 ,用“波拉特法”分析信息产业的发展规模和结构 ,用“勃朗指数平滑法”进行前瞻性预测。文中提出的分析模型和建议 。

In the light of Information Index, the author of this paper made the preliminary measure about Hebei information index. In the light of Porat's method, the scale and structure of information industries were analysed. In the light of Brown's Exponentiat Smoothing, a brief forecasting analysis was made. Analysis and proposals in the paper are of great value to Hebei information industry devlopment.
