摘要
本文分析探讨了网络环境下图书馆用户信息需求特点与影响因素，提出以用户需求为导向，积极开 展网络化信息服务是图书馆满足用户信息需求的根本措施。
In this article, author analyzed the features and influence elements of library user demands, and proposed that network information services were the basic countermeasures to make user satisfy.
