摘要
上农黑麦草新品系4、6、8种子在盐境胁迫(0.3%和0.6%Nacl)下,芽长、根长和鲜重显著高于对照。过氧化物酶同工酶分析表明:中区7号酶带是0.3%Nacl浓度下黑麦草群体的特征带,新品系的7号带比对照宽1毫米且染色明显深一级(棕黑色)。此外,0%和0.3%浓度下的新品系酶带数目不同于对照材料奥勒岗黑麦草,各性状的分析结果一致表明新品系在耐盐性上与原始材料间存在着显著差异。
Three shangnong new lines of rye grass(L.multiflorum),line 4,6,8show the higher seedlings,longer roots and heavier weight of fresh grass of 10 plants than 3 checks of Orygon rye grass(L.multifloum)under salt stress(0.3% and 0.6% NaCl solution)(p<0.05).Results from the analysis of peroxidase isozyme patterns of roots of materials cultured in 0% nd 0.3% salt solution states that the No.7 bands are the characteristic bands of populations in 0.3% and the No.7 bands of 3 new lines are dyed deeper(dark brown)than 3 checks(brown).Morever the number of bands is different among materials.In general,the 3 Shangnong new lines of rye grass showed better tolerance to salt than checks.
