麻醉手术期间肾脏调节机制 被引量:1

摘要 肾脏维持细胞外液量及其成分的功能,受多种因素所影响,其中内分泌是重要调节因素,包括肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)、抗利尿激素(ADH)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、降钙素、交感神经系、利钠激素(NUH)和前列腺素等。今介绍如下。
