摘要
根据手扶拖拉机结构参数和其在旱地作业的状态进行了旱地驱动叶轮的设计,建立了轮缘外径、轮叶齿数、轮叶齿端曲线等方程,据此确定了沐河81拖拉机旱地驱动叶轮主要参数。与轮胎进行性能对比,未耕地和已耕地作业时最大牵引功率分别提高22%和17%,最大牵引力分别提高33%和24%,齿形夹角150°的驱动叶轮较软叶夹角120°的驱动叶轮最大牵引力提高24%。
A new type of driving impellers for working tractors in dry land operation is designed with the consideration of the structure parameters and dry land working conditions of walking tractors. Equations for the external wheel diameter, wheel teeth and curvilinear are established. Based on those equations the impeller principal parameters are determined for shuhe 81 walking tractor. Compared with rubber tire the highest drawing power of the new driving impeller increases 22% and 17% respectively in raw soil and plowed soil and the highest drawing force increases 33% and 24% respectively in raw soil and plowed soil. Compared with the 120°-tooth-shape-angle driving impeller, the highest drawing force of the 150°-tooth-shape-angle driving impeller increases 24%.
