地理分布对乌桕脂产量、质量影响的研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文是1987~1989年对全国10省21市(县)74个乌桕种子样品的桕脂含量和脂肪酸组成等与地理分布相关性的研究。分析结果表明:地理分布对乌桕种子的百粒重、假种皮(腊层)含量。桕脂(皮油)及种子含油率,对桕脂的各项理化值及脂肪酸组成等影响不明显,其中碘值、棕榈酸和亚油酸含量,不饱和脂肪酸含量与纬度呈一定的正相关。饱和脂肪酸、棕搁酸和油酸的比值与纬度呈一定的负相关。本文为乌桕良种选育提供了科学依据。 Studies on relationships between Chinese tallow content,fatty acid composition etc.and geographical distribution of 74 Chinese vegetable tallow tree seeds samples collected from 21 cities of 10 provinces in China were made in 1987-1989.The results indicated little effect of geographical distribution on the weight of 100 seeds,aril content,oil content of Chinese tal- low and seeds,physical and chemical values of tallow and fatty acid composition.Among them,iodine value,palmitic content,linolcic content and unsaturated fatty acid content are definitely increased with the increasing of latitude,while the ratio of saturated fatty acid, palmitic and oleic decreased with the increasingof latitued.This paper provided scientific ba- sis for the selection of fine varieties of Chinese tallow.
