介绍信号奇异性以及它的小波描述。基于Ｂ样条理论推出一种多尺度小波变换，采用软阀值判决方式，提出一种简单。
The paper introduced the characterization of singularities, and how to describe it with wavelet transform, and gave a kind of multi scale wavelet transform based on B spline, A new simplified practical denoising algorithm is given with soft thresholding.
