12例延髓型颈椎综合征临床分析

Clinical study of 12 patients with bulbar cervical vertebrae syndrome

目的 :探讨延髓型颈椎综合征发病机理。方法 :应用中药薰洗、手法复位进行治疗。结果 :12例患者治疗后复查颈椎 X线片 ,原异常现象有明显改善 ,治愈 3例 ,显效 4例 ,好转 3例 ,总有效率 83 .3 3 %。结论 :颈部外伤可使颈椎移位 ,使椎动脉、交感神经受刺激 ,导致延髓损伤症状 ,应用中药及手法治疗可收到理想效果。

Objective: It is to probe into the pathogenic machamism of bulbar cervical vertebrae syndrome. Methods: The patients were treated with fumigating and washing of traditional medical herbs and mannul reduction. Results: 3 of 12 patients were cured, 4 gained obvious effect and 3 approved. The total effective rate is 88.33%. Conclusion: Neck trauma may carry about translocation of cervical vertebrae and stimulate vertebral artery and sympathetis nerve. Traditional medical herbs and mannul reduction are effective methods.
