摘要 目的 为三叉神经节阻滞术提供解剖学依据。方法 对 10 0个成人颅骨卵圆孔及其有关结构进行了观察与测量。结果 卵圆孔长径为 7.55± 0 .13( 4 .0~ 11.2 )mm ,宽径为 3.97± 0 .0 6( 2 .0~ 7.1)mm。卵圆孔位于两颞骨关节结节连线之前者 10 1侧 ( 50 .5%± 3.54% ) ,位于该线者 87侧 ( 4 3.5%± 3.51% ) ,位于该线之后者 12侧 ( 6.0 %± 2 .30 % )。卵圆孔距颞骨关节结节 35.11± 0 .16( 2 8.2~4 0 .0 )mm ,至棘孔的距离为 3.65± 0 .10 ( 0 .6~ 8.6)mm。结论 颅骨卵圆孔是三叉神经节阻滞术的重要骨性标志 ,穿刺时应避免损伤脑膜中动脉等结构。 Objective To provide anatomic data for the puncture of trigeminal ganglion.Method The foramen ovale and its neighboring structures were observed and measured on 100 adult cranium.Result The long diameter of foramen ovale was 7.55±0.13(4.0~11.2)mm,its width was 3.97±0.06(2.0~7.1)mm.The foramen ovale was situated in front of the line which from one side of temporal joint tubercle to another(50.5%±3.54%),on the line(43.5%±3.51%),after the line(6.0%±2.3%).The distance from foramen ovale to temporal joint tubercle was 35.11±0.16(28.2~40.0)mm,3.65±0.10(0.6~8.6)mm to foramen spinosum.Conclusion The foramen ovale could be helpful to puncture trigeminal ganglion,the middle meningeal artery should be protected during the puncture of trigeminal ganglion was carried on.
