血肿穿刺抽吸治疗对高血压性脑出血患者血糖及近期预后的影响

The Effects of Puncture Haematoma Draw Treatment on the Hypertensive Cerebral Haematoma Patient Blood Glucose and Recent Prognosis

目的 探讨治疗创伤对高血压性脑出血患者血糖及近期预后的影响。方法 采用局麻血肿穿刺抽吸治疗 (治疗组 32例 )及全麻外科手术血肿清除治疗 (对照组 30例 ) ,比较术后的血糖变化。结果 治疗组血肿穿刺抽吸后血糖高峰值水平显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而治疗后第 1,2周血糖降至正常者治疗组显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,病死率治疗组 6.2 5% ,对照组 2 6.7% ,两组比较差异显著(P <0 .0 5)。结论 高血压性脑出血患者血肿穿刺抽吸治疗较外科手术血肿清除治疗有血糖峰值低、恢复正常的速度快、病死率低 ,对脑组织的损伤小等优点 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the effects of treating wound on the hypertensive cerebral haematoma and recent prognosis.Method Use local anaesthesia puncture haematoma draw treatment on 32 case of the treated group and a general anaesthesia surgical operation to the 30 cases of compared group,compare the change of blood glucose after the operation.Result After puncturing haematoma draw treatment,the level of blood glucose peak in the treated group was lower than the compared group(P<0.01),however,in the first 2 weeks after the treatment,the treated group whose blood glucose return to normal was clearly higher than the compared group(P<0.05),the death rate was 6.25% for the treated group while 26.7% for the compared group,the differences bettween the two groups were very obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the operation has many advantages,such as,lower blood glucose peak,rapid recovery,lower death rate and less harm to the brain.It is worth popularizing.
