摘要 目的 :探讨牛磺酸防治内毒素血症致肝纤维化的可能性。方法 :采用 [3H] 脯氨酸 ([3H] Pro)掺入、RIA分别测定细胞胶原合成、分泌和透明质酸产生。结果 :LPS能显著促进NIH3T3细胞 [3H] Pro掺入 ,胶原分泌和透明质酸产生 ,并呈时间和剂量依赖性 ;牛磺酸则可抑制内毒素的这种生物学作用结论牛磺酸能显著抑制由内毒素引起的NIH3T3细胞胶原。 Objective:To explore the possibility of using taurine to oure liver fibrosis caused by endotoxins Methods:The Syntheses and secretion of collagen and hyaluronic acid were assessed by the incoporation of [ 3H] Proline and radioimmunoassay. Results: [ 3H] Pro incoporation,secretion of collagen and hyaluronic acid were enhanced by endotoxins in dose time dependent manner,and this action was inhibited by taurine. Conclusions:Taurine can significantly inbibit the syntheses and secretion of collagen and hyaluronic acid of NIH3T3 cells caused by endotoxins.
