摘要 目的 探讨头孢哌酮钠-磷酸钙骨水泥复合体(C-CPC-C)在生物体内、外的药物释放特性。方法 在模拟体内、外环境的条件下,观察C-CPC-C药物的释放情况。结果 头孢哌酮钠-磷酸钙骨水泥复合体在模拟体内环境条件下,可持续释放12天以上;在第21天时对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为22mm和25mm,在第14天时对绿脓杆菌的抑菌圈直径仅为16mm;在局部肌组织中,21天后仍有较高的药物浓度。结论C-CPC-C具有明显的局部抑菌作用和良好的缓释性能,有望成为严重开放性骨缺损早期修复的理想材料。 Objective To investigate the release characteristics of C-CPC-C in vitro and vivo. Methods The release of cefobid from the compound were observed in simulated conditions. Results The release of cefobid from the C-CPC-C lasted longer than 12 days in vitro. The inhibiting diameters of S. aureus and E. coli were 22 mm and 25 mm on the 21st day, however it was only 16mm for P. aer on the 14th day. A high concentration of drug remained for S. aureus on the 21st days in the muscular tissue. Conclusions The C-CPC-C had a good local inhibitory effect on bacteria and release properties. Potentially it might be a new ideal material for repairing severe opening bone defects in early stage.
