摘要
本文通过对闪光灯泵浦铌酸锂晶体电光 Q开关 Nd:YAG激光器的理论分析 ,总结了影响其输出效率的因素 ,提出了改进激光器设计 ,提高效率和可靠性的方法。在此基础上 ,介绍一种高效、小型化风冷、电光调 Q- Nd:YAG激光器的设计方法和试验结果 ,其动态输出效率可达 1.4~ 2 .0 % ,且体积小、可靠性高 。
In this paper we studied the operation mechanism of the flash lamp pumped,LiNbO 3 Q switched Nd:YAG laser and summarized the main factors that influence its output efficiency.Then we developed the laser design in order to improve the overall efficiency and reliability.As a result we reported the results of design and experiment of an high efficiency air cooled E O Q switched Nd:YAG laser.Its electrical optical efficiency is as high as 1.4% 2.0%.This kind of compact high reliability and high performance laser is suited to the needs of modern engineering applications.
