咪哒普利对冠心病心衰患者左房功能的影响

Effects of imidaprial on left atrial function in patients with coronary artery disease accompanied by heart failure

目的 评价咪哒普利对冠心病心衰患者的左房功能。方法 应用M型超声和心内膜自动边缘检测技术(ABD)与用药前后检测左房最大内径、左房面积及容量曲线。结果 应用咪哒普利 1个月后左房最大内径 (LAdiam)、左房最小面积 (LAAmin)、左房最大面积 (LAAmax)、左房最小容量 (LAVmin)、左房最大容量 (LAVmax)显著减小 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;左房面积变化率(FAC)及左房射血分数 (LAEF)显著升高 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Imidaprial on left atrial function in patients with coronary artery disease accompanied by heart failure. Method The maximal diameter of left atrium (LAdiam), minimal left atrial area(LAAmin), maximal left atrial area(LAAmax), minimal left atrial volume(LAVmin),maximal left atrial volume(LAVmax), fractional area change of left atrium (FAC) and ejection fraction of left atrium(LAEF) were examined by using M mode echocardiography and automatic boundary detection(ABD) technique before and after the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease accompined by heart failure. Results LAdiam, LAAmin, LAAmax, LAVmin, LAVmax were reduced significantly ( P <0 05; P <0 01; P <0 05; P <0 01; P <0 05 respectively) and LAEF, FAC were increased significantly ( P <0 01; P <0 01 respectively) after the treatment with Imidaprial. Conclusion Imidaprial can improve left atrial function significantly in the patients with coronary artery disease accompined by heart failure.
