肝动脉灌注LAK细胞/白介素Ⅱ 治疗原发性肝癌的价值

LAK CELLS/INTERLEUKIN Ⅱ PURFUSING INTO HEPATIC ARTERY TO TREAT PRIMARY LIVER CANCER

目的 研究肝动脉灌注 L AK细胞 /白介素 治疗原发性肝癌的价值。方法 原发性肝癌 48例 ,随机分为两组。肝动脉灌注 L AK细胞 /白介素 ,配合肝动脉化疗栓塞加白介素 肌注治疗 2 4例为观察组 ;肝动脉化疗栓塞加白介素 肌注治疗 2 4例为对照组。对两组病例的疗效和生存期分别作χ2 检验 ,进行对照分析。结果 观察组的总有效率 87.5 % (2 1/2 4)高于对照组 6 2 .5 % (15 / 2 4) ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =4.0 0 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;1年、2年的生存率观察组分别为 6 6 .7 (16 / 2 4)、2 5 .0(6 / 2 4) ,对照组分别为 37.5 (9/ 2 4)、4.2 (1/ 2 4) ,两组分别比较 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 值分别为 4.0 9、5 .5 3,P值均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 肝动脉灌注 L AK细胞 /白介素 ,配合肝动脉化疗栓塞加白介素 肌注治疗原发性肝癌是很有价值的 ;肝动脉灌注 L AK细胞 /白介素

Objective To explore the effect of LAK cells/interleukin Ⅱ perfusing into hepatic artery to treat primary liver cancer.Methods Divided 48 cases with primary liver carcinoma into 2 groups at random.24 cases underwent LAK cells/interleukin Ⅱ into hepatic artery, hepatic artery chemotherapy embolism and IM interleukin Ⅱ treatment.24 cases treated with hepatic artery chemotherapy embolism and IM interleukin Ⅱ as control group.χ 2 assays was used analysize the rates of therapeutic effects and sutvival rates from the 2 groups respectively.Results The total effective rate of observing group was 87.5%(21/24) which was higher than that of 62.5%(15/24) from control group.The difference had significance (x 2=4.00,P<0.05).The survial rates after 1 year and 2 years of observing group were 66.7%(16/24) and 25.0%(6/24) respectively,while the rates of control group were 37.5%(9/24) and 4.2%(1/24).Comparison between two groups,the difference had significance (x 2 values were 4.09 and 5.53,both P>0.05).Conclusion Perfusing LAK cells/interleukin Ⅱ into hepatic artery to match hepatic artery chemotherapy embolism adding IM interleukin Ⅱ to treat primary carcinoma of liver is quite effective.Perfusing LAK cells/interleukin Ⅱ is an effective therapeutic method to treat primary carcinoma of liver.
