中药人工泪液治疗Sjgren综合征患者干眼的疗效观察

A clinical observation of effect of artificial tear containing traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of dry eye of Sjgren syndrome

目的 观察中药人工泪对Sj gren综合征患者的干眼治疗效果。 方法 80例有干眼症状的Sj gren综合征患者随机分成 2组 ,第一组用环胞霉素A点眼治疗 ,第二组用环胞霉素A加中药人工泪Ⅰ号滴眼剂治疗。记录治疗前后双眼SchirmerI试验纸湿长度和角膜虎红染色点数的变化。结果 治疗 3周和 5周后的第二组SchirmerI试验纸湿长度和虎红角膜染色点数均比第一组明显改善。结论 中药人工泪液能改善Sj gren综合征患者的干眼体征。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of artificial tear containing traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of patients with dry eye induced by Sj*igren syndrome METHODS Eighty patients of Sj*igren syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups The first group was treated with eyedrop cyclosporin A The second group was treated with eyedrop cyclosporin A combined with artificial tear containing Chinese medicine Schirmer 1 test wetting length of filter paper and dots stained by rose Bengal on cornea were recorded after the treatment and pretreatment RESULTS At 3 weeks and 5 weeks Schirmer 1 test wetting length of filter paper and dots stained by rose Bengal on cornea in the second group were improved obviously in the second groups compared with the first group (P<001 ) CONCLUSIONS Artificial tear containing traditional Chinese medicine could be applied for melioration of symptom in treatment of dry eye of patients with Sj*igren syndrome
