视网膜色素变性患者眼电图检测及其与辨证分型的关系

Detection of parameter of electro-oculogram in the patients with retinitis pigmentosa and its relation with bianzhengfenxing(辨证分型)

目的 探讨视网膜色素变性患者眼电图变化及其与辨证分型的关系。方法 应用YD -1型眼电图仪对 97例视网膜色素变性患者和正常对照组的 47例志愿受试者的眼电图各参数进行检测。根据临床表现对这些患者进行了辨证分型。对不同证型患者的检测结果进行比较。结果 视网膜色素变性患者眼电图检测主要参数均低于对照组。不同证型患者之间参数有明显不同 (P <0 0 5 )。眼电图检测参数的主要特点是光峰电位下降 ( 5 5 67% )。结论 眼电图检测可用于对视网膜色素变性患者病变程度评估和辨证分型。

OBJECTIVE To detect of parameter of electro-oculogram(EOG) in the patients with retinitis pigmentosa and its relation with bianzhengfenxing(辨证分型)METHODS Parameter of EOG in 97 patients with retinitis pigmentosa and 47 volunteers by YD-1 visual elector physiology apparatus The patients were divided into each syndrome type according their characteristics The data found were compared between each groupRESULTS The parameter of EOG was lower in the patients with retinitis pigmentosa than in volunteers Data of each syndrome group were different compared with other group (P<005) The main characteristic of EOG in the patients was that light value potential was decreased (5567%).CONCLUSION Detection of EOG may be available for evaluating condition of retinitis pigmentosa and bianzhengfenxing.
