二尖瓣关闭不全
摘要
二尖瓣关闭不全(MR)使心脏血流动力学负荷增加,对这类病人心血管医师面临两个主要问题:1.MR至什么程度才引起临床症状或左室功能不全而需临床治疗。2.MR治疗的时机和方法。先进的超声心动图越来越精确地帮助临床医生回答第一个问题。在过去的十年里MR的治疗有明显的进展,本文将回顾原发性MR的主要病因,对其病理生理、诊断和治疗进展综述如下。
