CT引导经皮脊柱活检器械研究和临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 报告CT引导经皮脊柱活检器械的构造和临床应用结果。方法 采用自行研制的由套管、套管芯、环锯、环锯芯和活检钳五部分组成的器械 ,对 38例病人进行了CT引导经皮脊柱活检并分析了活检标本 ,其中 ,颈椎 2例 ,胸椎 9例 ,腰椎 2 2例 ,骶椎 5例。结果 病理检查表明 :脊柱原发性肿瘤 12例 ,转移性肿瘤 2 6例。随访 4~ 6个月 ,未发现与经皮CT引导脊柱活检操作有关的并发症 ,诊断准确率为 10 0 % ,获得了满意的效果。结论 CT引导经皮脊柱活检术是诊断脊柱病损的重要手段 ,是一种安全。 Objective To describe the structure of self designed instrument for C T guided percutaneous spinal biopsy and its clinical application.[HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]The instrument is composed of five parts:trocar,core of trocar,trephine,core of trephine and biopsy pincer.The spinal biopsy specimens were procured in 38 cases by means of this instrument:2 were from cervical,9 from the thoracic,22 from the lumbar and sacral vertebrae.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]Pathological examination showed primary tumour of spinal column in 12 cases and metastatic tumour in 26 cases.After a period follow up of 4~6 months,no complications related to the biopsy procedure occurred.The accurate rate of diagnosis was 100%.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]This method for spinal biopsy is of importance for the diagnosis of spinal disease and it is safe,accurate and of minor trauma.
