节段定位斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with oblique pulling massage according to different lesional locations in lumbar vertebral segments

目的 通过改变脊柱弯曲、旋转角度进行节段定位 ,研究节段定位斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果 ,提高对本手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的认识。方法 采用节段定位斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 911例 ,用手法把脊柱控制到一定的屈曲及旋转角度 ,施以斜扳法 ,让屈曲、旋转应力集中于病变节段的椎间盘 ,以治疗腰椎间盘突出症。结果 911例患者中 ,临床治愈 2 0 8例 ,显效330例 ,好转 36 1例 ,无效 12例 ,显效率 5 9%。结论 采用相对准确的节段定位 ,施以斜扳手法 ,可较好地缓解神经根受压和调整后关节紊乱 。

HT5”H]Objective [HT5”SS]To study the clinical results of oblique pulling massage for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)according to different locations of the lesions in the lumbar vertebral segments.[HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]911 cases of LDH were treated with this oblique pulling massage.After the spinal columns were fixed to certain flexion and rotation angle by exerting manipulation,oblique pulling massage was applied to make stress in flexion and shearing concentrated on the intervertebral disc segments with pathological changes.At different disc segment,the oblique pulling massage was performed in various ways.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]Among the 911 cases,330 had marked improvement,361 had improvement and 12 had no effect,with a total effective rate of 59%.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]The method of oblique pulling massage combined with accurate location of disc segment is effective to relax root compression,to adjust disarrangement of posterior intervertebral joints and to improve clinical symptoms.
