摘要
目的 :观察中药肾康宁对膜性肾炎 (MN)家兔肾组织血流动力学的影响。方法 :以阳离子牛血清白蛋白所至家兔膜性肾炎模型为观察对象 ,动态观察动物肾组织形态学及血浆ET及NO水平的变化。结果 :肾康宁能明显降低实验动物血浆ET含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,升高血浆NO水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,减少IC在肾小球GBM的沉积 ,减轻肾小球毛细血管渗出和肾小球肿胀 ,阻止新月体及毛细血管微血栓形成。结论 :肾康宁能增加肾血流量和肾小球滤过率 ,改善肾功能并通过改善肾组织病理改变 ,达到防止肾小球硬化的作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of ShenKangning on histomorphology and hemodynamics of membranous glomerulonephritis of rabbit kidney.Methods:Dynamically observe the variation of hemodynamics, endothelins (ET) and nitric oxide (NO)of the plasma through making rabbit model with membranous glomerulonephritis caused by cation bovine serum albumin.Results:ShenKangning can obviously decrease ET of plasma of animal model(P<0.05),increase NO of the Plasma(P<0.01),reduce immune complex (IC) deposition in the glomerulus basement membranous(GMB),eliminate exudation and swelling of the glomerulus capillary,and microthrombos in the crescent and capillary forming.Conclusion:ShenKangning can decrease ET of the plasma,improve synthesis renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate,thus improving renal function and preventing glomerulus sclerosis.
