改革教法 完善考法 推进职技高师素质教育

REFORM TEACHING AND EXAMINATION METHOD PROMOTE QUALITY ORIENTED EDUCATION IN VOCATION TECHNICAL TEACHERS COLLEGES

针对素质教育培养创新人才的要求 ,提出了职技高师更新观念、改革教法、完善考法的建议。职技高师应根据具体教学内容采取启发式、参与式、发展问题式、试误式、内容不完全式优化组合的教学方法 ,以取得最佳教学效果。在考试方法方面 ,考试应内容多样化 ,形式综合化 ,理论实践并行化 ,试题答案非标准化。

In this paper, the author, based on the requirements of quality oriented education to train creative personnel, suggests that vocation technical teachers colleges should renew its concept, reform method of teaching and examination In teaching reform, these colleges should adopt such methods as elicitation, student participation and so on so as to achieve good teaching results In examination reform, its content should be diversified; its form should be comprehensive and theory and practice should be equality stressed The author also suggests that the standardized examination should not be attached to too much importance
