摘要
目的 :探讨辨证培哚普利配合中药治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)并发肾病 (DN)的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机分组对照的原则 ,对照组用培哚普利、维生素E胶丸。治疗组用上述西药的同时 ,按中医辨证加服中药。 2个月为一个疗程。观察 2 4h尿蛋白 (Pro)排泄量 ,尿溶菌酶 (Lyso)、动脉压 (MAP)和肾小球滤过率的变化。结果 :治疗组在减少 2 4hPro排泄量 ,降低尿Lyso的含量 ,提高GFR均显著优于对照组 (P =0 .0 0 1;=0 .0 0 2 ;=0 .0 0 7)。结论 :培哚普利配合中药是治疗NIDDM并发DN的有效方法。
Objective: To discuss the clinic effect of Chinese traditional herb combined with Perindopril in treating Diabetic Nephropathy caused by NIDDM. Methods: 70 cases were divided into two groups randomly, Perindopril and vitmine E were used in both groups. Furthermore, Chinese traditional herb was used in treatment group according to different syndrome typing. After 2 months , treating , we observed the change of 24 hours , urinauy excretive rate, urinary Lyso , MAP , and GFR . Results : In treatment grop , the depressing of 24 hours , urinary excretive rate, decreasing of urinary Lyso, enhancing of GFR were more significant compared with control group. Conclusion: Chinese traditional herb combined with Perindopril was effect in treating Diabetic Nephropathy caused by NIDDM
