摘要
本研究应用间接ELISA方法对新城疫LaSota和V4疫苗免疫SPF鸡及免疫后攻毒SPF鸡的血清中新城疫病毒(NDV)特异性HI抗体、IgM和IgG抗体水平的动态变化进行了检测。结果表明 ,V4较LaSota疫苗免疫鸡HI抗体提前 3天左右出现 ,但除高峰期 (1周左右 )外 ,其HI抗体水平均低于LaSota免疫鸡。LaSota疫苗免疫鸡血清中NDV特异性IgM和IgG抗体水平高于V4免疫鸡 ,IgG抗体高峰较V4免疫鸡提前约 2周出现 ,攻毒后 ,LaSota免疫鸡血清中特异性IgG和IgG回忆应答显著 ,而V4免疫鸡IgM和IgG回忆应答不明显。
An indirect ELISA was used measure NDV specific IgA from La Sota,V4_immuned and F48E9 challenged immunized chickens.The result shows that NDV specific IgA occurred in the tears at the fifth day and reach peak at the 21st day after immunization with La Sota or V4 strain.Lacrimal IgA antibody level in La Sota_immunized chickens is higher than that in V4_immunized chickens. IgA antibody in the tears rose first and then droped,but that in the harderian gland (HG)dropped first and then rose after La Sota or V4 immunized chickens were inoculated with F48E9.La Sota_immunized chickens haven't obvious difference from V4_immunized chickens.
