摘要
在预混合供气方式的天然气、柴油双燃料发动机上 ,发动机性能与天然气供气系统有着密切关系。其中影响最大的是混合器和调压阀。混合器的结构型式及其通径尺寸不仅影响双燃料发动机的工作性能 ,而且也影响单燃料 (纯柴油 )发动机的工作性能 ,使发动机的动力性能与原机性能偏离较大 ,造成车辆性能的改变。通过试验 ,本文对双燃料发动机上供气系统的匹配及其特性进行研究 ,并提出补偿器技术完善措施 ,以实现合理的发动机动力性能。
The characteristics of a natural gas-diesel dual fueled engine are strongly affected by a natural gas supply system, especially the mixer, reducer and regulator. The influences of these components of the supply system were comprehensively investigated. The shape and dimension of a mixer influenced the working performances of not only a dual fueled engine but also a single fueled one (e.g. diesel engine) and led to a high deviation from the original engine. The matching and characteristics of a fuel supply system in a dual fueled engine were experimentally studied and a compensator used in the system was designed, which improved the performance of a dual fueled engine.
