斜置旋耕刀侧切刃曲线的理论研究 被引量:13

摘要 在对斜置旋耕动力学分析的基础上 ,推导出斜置旋耕刀侧切刃动态滑切条件 ,给出了侧切刃动态滑切角的定义和计算公式 ,以及计算实例。对比了国标旋耕刀正置和斜置时的动、静态滑切角。把斜置旋耕刀的动态滑切角与侧切刃曲线统一于黎卡提 (Riccati)微分方程中。该方程对斜置旋耕刀的计算机辅助设计有重要意义。 Based on the mechanical analysis of oblique rotary tillage process, this paper rendered the definition of lengthwise edge dynamic sliding cutting angle of an oblique rotary tiller blade. The condition ensuring dynamic sliding cutting was decided and a formula calculating lengthwise edge dynamic sliding cutting angle of oblique rotary tiller blade was derived. As a result, an instance calculating lengthwise edge dynamic sliding cutting angle of GB rotary tiller blade was given. The calculating instance included dynamic sliding cutting angle and static sliding cutting angle in the condition of rotary tillage process and oblique rotary tillage process. A Riccati differential equation which unites the oblique rotary tiller blade dynamic sliding cutting angle and curve was deduced. The differential equation plays an important role in the CAD system of oblique rotary tiller blade.
