Efficiency Calculation of a Mechanism of Nonrigid Links with Variable Gas Pressure

根据含变气压非刚性联接件机械输入功至输出功的输送路线 ,介绍了计算机数值模拟在效率计算方面的研究进展 ,着重讨论了其效率计算原理、各组成部分的效率计算方法和计算结果。计算结果与实测结果对比表明 ,方法是适用的。它为衡量该机器对能量的有效利用程度以及为确定其性能改善方向提供了十分重要的依据。

A mechanism of nonrigid links with variable gas pressure discussed in the paper is a compact and complex mechanical system. According to its transfer line from input work to output work,the development of computer numerical simulation for its efficiency calculation was introduced,including the calculation principle of efficiency,the calculating method of every combinative section and the computed results. To check the validity of the model,a typical mechanism of nonrigid links with variable gas pressure,the internal combustion rock drill of YN23 type, was calculated and measured.The calculating results were satisfactory compared with the measured ones. The calculated efficiency offers a very important basis for evaluation of effectively utilized level of energy, and are also important basis of performance development.
