基因型、环境及其互作对黄淮麦区小麦淀粉品质性状的影响 被引量:92

摘要 利用 1 997~ 1 998年度黄淮南北片两组区域试验部分试点的材料 ,测定了降落值、峰值粘度和稀懈值等淀粉性状。在方差分析、回归分析的基础上 ,还采用 AMMI模型和 PATTERN模式进行分析 ,目的在于研究黄淮麦区小麦基因型、环境及其互作对淀粉品质性状的影响 ,为该区小麦品质改良和优质小麦区域化生产提供依据。结果表明 ,基因型、环境和基因型与环境互作对淀粉品质均有显著影响 ,2 2个参试品种中鲁麦 1 4、温麦6号和 95中 4 59的淀粉品质较好 ;1 5个试验地点中北片的衡水、石家庄 ,南片的郑州和泾阳的小麦淀粉品质较好 ;用 AMMI模型和 PATTERN模式分析小麦淀粉品质性状 G× Starch traits have important contribution to wheat noodles quality, but the study work on starch traits was limited compared to the research on protein. This article used samples come from part of the two group yield trails of Yellow and Huai River Valley grown in 1997 to 1998, to investigate the starch traits such as falling number, RVA peak viscosity and breakdown. Data analysis was based on the ANOVA and regression models, meanwhile AMMI model and PATTERN method had applied to explain the G×E interaction of starch traits. The result showed that genotype, environment and G×E interaction were all significantly affected wheat starch traits. Among the 22 involved lines, Lumai 14, Wenmai 6 and 95 Zhong 459 had better starch quality. While samples from Hengshui, Shijiazhuang in the north region, Zhengzhuo and Jingyang in the south region had also better starch quality. To explain the effect of G×E interaction on starch quality by using AMMI model and PATTERN methods was much better than using GLM and regression model.
