摘要
为了揭示小麦高温抗条锈性的生理生化机制 ,测定了小麦高温抗条锈性表达时寄主叶肉细胞质外体 ( apoplast) POD、细胞壁 POD活性的变化。结果表明 :高温抗条锈性表达与寄主叶肉细胞质外体 POD活性变化无关 ;而与叶肉细胞壁 POD活性密切相关 ,在高温抗条锈性表达的关键时期 ,寄主叶肉细胞壁中以离子键和共价键与壁结合的 POD活性均显著增高。
It was determined that the peroxidase activities in the apoplast of mesophyll cells and in the cell wall of wheat leaves during the expression of high temperature resistance to stripe rust. The results showed that the expression of high temperature resistance to stripe rust was not relative to the changes of activity of peroxidase in the apoplast of host leaves. But the activity of peroxidase, which were bouned with cell wall of the host leaves in the covalent and ionic bonds, obviously increased during the high temperature resistance expressed.
