意大利硬粒小麦和面包小麦推广品种对白粉病的抗性

The Resistance of Some Italian Durum and Bread Wheat Cultivars to Powdery Mildew

本文介绍了意大利近年来小麦主要推广品种 ( 80个硬粒小麦品种和 73个面包小麦品种 ) 1 992～1 996年在田间对白粉病的成株抗性情况 ,和 1 3个意大利硬粒小麦和 2 0个面包小麦品种及 1 1个中国小麦品种(系 )用意大利 1 0个主要菌系进行的苗期抗性鉴定情况。在田间成株抗性监测中 ,1 2 .2 %和 58.9%的硬粒小麦品种和面包小麦品种分别表现抗病或中抗 ;在苗期抗性鉴定中 ,参试的很多中国品种 (系 )对大部分意大利菌株表现免疫、近免疫或高抗。由于意大利小麦品种或含有其亲本血缘的中国品种曾经在我国小麦育种和生产中起过比较重要的作用 。

The behavior of resistance of the most common Italian durum and bread wheat (80 and 73 cultivars, respectively) to wheat powdery mildew ( Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici ) tested in the fields from 1992 to 1996, was reported. The experiments of adult resistance of these cultivars were conducted annually in about 13 different cereal growing areas. Furthermore, 13 Italian durum and 20 bread wheat cultivars and 11 Chinese wheat cultivars were also tested at seedling stage with 10 Italian isolates of pathogen. Among the durum wheat, only few cultivars (12.2%) were resistant or moderately resistant while 58.9% of cultivars were resistant or moderately resistant among the bread wheat. Many Chinese cultivars at seedling stage were resistant to the most of Italian isolates of wheat powdery mildew.
