摘要
用稀释 5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0和 2 0 0倍平衡营养液 (GPNS)培养冬小麦。结果表明 :GPNS稀释倍数为 5 0 ,10 0倍时抑制小麦生长 ,而为 15 0 ,2 0 0倍时则促进小麦生长 ,并能增加萌发的小麦胚乳内α-淀粉酶的活性。麦苗叶片叶绿素含量增加 ,叶片可溶性蛋白含量提高 ,根系活力提高 ,叶片在低温、干旱逆境条件下电解质外渗率下降 ,从而提高膜的稳定性 。
Winter wheat seedlings were grown in solution culture with GPNS,a plant growth-promoting solution with balanced nutrient composition developed by the researchers of Southwest Agricultural University,as the medium.When diluted by 50 or 100 times,GPNS retarded the growth of the wheat seedlings.In contrast,when it was diluted by 150 or 200 times,it accelerated the growth of the seedlings,increased the activity of α-amylase in the endosperm of the germinating seeds,raised the contents of chlorophyll and soluble proteins in the leaves,enhanced root vitality and decreased the leakage of electrolytes of the leaf cells under low temperature and drought conditions,thus improving the stability of the cell membrane and ensuring the normal functioning of the cells.
