摘要
利用简化的钢坯导热数学模型和加热炉模型,以燃料消耗量最小为目标,通过控制各段炉温设定值达到优化控制正常轧制的目的.提出了停轧延迟过程中炉温的控制方法.
Using simplified mathematical models of slab heating process and reheat furnace, with the object of minimum fuel consumption,authors realize optimal control for normal rolling by control ling the setting value of zone furnace temperatures. This paper puts forward the new optimal method of furnace temperature for stoping rolling and rolling delay.
