基酒贮存是酒厂的一个重要工序 ,直接关系到酒质的好坏。通过对贮酒容器的剖析 ,有助于我们创造适于白酒贮存的环境 ,缩短贮存周期 ,加快其周转速度 ,从而提高产品质量和经济效益。
The storage of basic liquor is an important procedure in distilleries that has close correlations with liquor quality. The analysis of mechanism of liquor storage pots could not only help us create the environments more suitable for liquor storage but also shorten the storage period and quicken the cycle of turnover which could then improve the product quality as well as the economic profits.
