摘要
研究了基于PLC控制的织物面料激光裁剪技术。对激光切割点的移动技术、激光切割点移动规律及裁剪过程控制技术、激光发生技术和激光束传输技术作了分析。根据研究的具体对象,选择了切割点在极坐标平面上移动技术、激先切割点移动规律及裁剪过程控制的PLC技术和反射棱镜、聚焦镜等光学元件形成的激光束传输技术。对于激光切割点移动轨迹的多点自动纠偏技术也作了介绍。
The laser cutting technology of fabric controlled by the PLC is studied. The moving and its rule of the laser cutting point, the control during the cutting process, the generation and transmit of laser beam are approached. According to the real studied object, the moving on the plane of the polar coordinates, the rule of laser cutting point and its control on the PLC, and the transmission of the laser beam by the optical devices composed of the reflector, refractor and others are chosen. Meanwhile, the multidrop automatic rectification of the track of the laser cutting point is also commented.
