摘要
原始菌株Bacillus sp.No.46经紫外诱变后,挑取76株进行摇瓶初、复筛,获得10株诱变株,果胶酶酶活高于原始菌株20%~30%,聚半乳糖醛酸酶酶活提高35%~70%。连续5代测试,产生果胶酶特性是稳定的。发酵液大麻脱胶试验残胶率低于10%。脱胶后大麻纤维特数可达19~11。脱胶后酶活损失约20%。脱胶酶液至少可用2次以上。
Seventy-six strains were induced from the original strain (Bacillus sp. No.46)by the ultraviolet light. Ten induced strains were obtained after primary screen tests and retests. The pectinase activity of ten induced strains was about 20% ~ 30% higher than that of the original one. The xylanase activity increased about 35%~70% . The characteristic in producing the pectinase remained unchanged after five generations. The degumming tests of the hemp showed there was less than 10% gum left in the hemp after fermentation. The fibre number of the hemp after fermentation was 500 ~ 850. The loss of the enzyme' s activity in degumming was about 20 % . So the degumming solution could be used at least twice.
