企业绩效是职工个人工作绩效的综合反应 .如何提高职工的绩效水平 ,调动职工的积极性 ,这正是激励工作要解决的问题 .本文通过构建激励的运行体系 。
The performance of enterprises is the comprehensive response of the workers performance.How to improve the level of workers performance and mobilize workers enthusiasm is something that stimulation can deal with.This article tries to give managers of enterprises some reference and enlightenment on how to effectively promote workers by the establishment of stimulating system in enterprises.
