摘要
从神仙豆中分离到两种芽孢杆菌 ,对其菌落形态、生化特性等方面进行研究 ,发现一种为枯草芽孢杆菌 ,另一种为短芽孢杆菌。工厂化发酵工艺为 :黄豆浸泡3h ,煮豆至熟而不烂 ,冷至室温后接种枯草芽孢杆菌和短芽孢杆菌 (4∶1) ,置 37℃培养 96h ,用 5 0℃真空烘干。
Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus brevi were separated from the fermented production of Shenxian Bean,the two strain were identified on the basis of the colony form,biochemical character of bacteria.The optimal technique of the fermented Shenxian Bean as follow:Bean was soaked for 3 hours,boiled in water for 40~45 minutes,then cooled to enviroment temperature,inoculated with B.subtilis and B.brevi(4:1),incubated at 37℃ for 96 hours,Then dried at 50℃ vacuum condition.
