摘要
该产品采用龟甲、鹿茸为原料 ,首先采取传统法用白酒浸提 ,浸泡后的原料与糯米混合发酵 ,发酵酒液经杀菌 ,过滤后与浸提酒液合并然后加入复合抗氧化剂、勾兑、过滤得到成品酒。该产品比传统浸泡法营养更丰富 ,口味更佳 ,在自然条件下存三个月酒体颜色无变化。经检验 ,各项理化指标达到了国家标准。
In the new production process,the maim material of product is velvet and septarian.Firstly the material is extrated by distillate spririts,the residue of soaked matertal is fermented with ghutinous rice.Mixing the extracting and fermented wine,we aquire the product.The product has good taste and contain rich nutrient substandce.
