Research was carried out on how to produce apple vinegar.The optinum factors of technology were determined.This beverage was prepared with apple vinegar,mixing with flat peach juice,watermelon juice,apple juice,honey and so on.This beverage not only has health beneficial action but also rich nutrients and unique flavor.
