针对双歧杆菌对人体所具有的增益作用进行了介绍，对双歧杆菌进行耐氧驯化，配合以乳酸菌单独接种发酵制成一些饮料的工艺条件等进行了说明。

：The beneficial effects of Bifidobacterium to human body was introduced in this paper．The technological conditions of some beverages made by oxyen－tolerant domestication combined with single Lactobacillus fermentation were also indicated．
