摘要
附着在电除尘器收尘极板上的粉尘层对电除尘器的工作状况有重要影响。本文通过在实验室电除尘器模拟台上的大量实验,对RS管状芒刺电晕线在不同板间距、线间距下,有无粉尘层时的V—I特性、起晕电压、击穿电压、板电流密度分布均匀性等进行了分析研究,并且观察和分析了电晕放电过程中粉尘层的变化,最后得出在实验室条件下有无粉尘层时电除尘器一些电气参数的变化规律。
Dust layers adhering to the plate electrodes have an important effect on the operation of Electro-static Precipitators(ESP). Through a numben of experiments on the simulation device in our laboratory, the V-1 characteristics, the corona starting voltage, the breakdown voltage, the uniformity of plate current density distribution, etc., with or without dust layers on the plate electrodes are investigated for different spacings and wire spacings of RS corona wires. Conse-quently, some regular patterns of variation of electrical parametrs on the plate electrodes with or without dust layers are obtained.
