摘要
由于输电线路电压等级的提高,对线路绝缘子的耐压要求越来越严。本文利用有限元素法和导电纸模拟试验的方法,对悬式绝缘子的电场分布进行了分析计算。在此基础上,对绝缘子及钢帽的形状进行了优化设计,试图使其耐压得到改善。计算结果可供厂家参考。
With rising voltage level of electric transmission lines,the demands on vol- tage withstanding capacity of insulators become stricter.Using the finite element method and the method of conductive paper analogue test,the analysis and cal- culation of the electric field distribution of the hanging insulator is carried out. On this basis,the optimal designs of the shapes of the insulator and its steel cap are completed in an attempt to improve the voltage withstanding (?)capacity of the insulator.Design results are offered to manufacturers for reference.
