摘要
本文用有限元法,计算了一种具有新式人孔加强结构的汽包封头的机械应力场。通过计算分析,找到了封头的最大应力集中部位并求出了相应的应力集中系数,同时用第四强度理论校核了封头的静强度。所得结论为这种新式人孔加强结构的使用及推广提供了一定依据。
Using finite element method, the calculation of the mechanical stress fields of a boiler drum head with a new type of man-hole strengthening structure is carried out; the maximum stress concentration spot is located and its corresponding stress concentration coefficient is determined. Furthermore, the static strength of the drum head is checked by theory of Ven Mises.
