摘要
本文用有限元法,计算了一种具有新式人孔加强结构的汽包封头的机械应力场。通过计算分析,找到了封头的最大应力集中部位并求出了相应的应力集中系数,同时用第四强度理论校核了封头的静强度。所得结论为这种新式人孔加强结构的使用及推广提供了一定依据。
Using finite element method, the calculation of the mechanical stress fields of a boiler drum head with a new type of man-hole strengthening structure is carried out; the maximum stress concentration spot is located and its corresponding stress concentration coefficient is determined. Furthermore, the static strength of the drum head is checked by theory of Ven Mises. The conclusions drawn provide some basis for using and popularizing the new type of man-hole strengthening structure,
