摘要
文中用空间啮合理论推导了用单圆弧滚刀滚切齿轮的齿形方程,分析计算了用单圆弧滚刀与用单圆弧齿条刀具切制齿形的误差,从而奠定了用简单的平面啮合计算齿形代替复杂冗长的空间啮合计算齿形的基础。并通过实践验证了所提出的结论。
Based on the space gear-meshing theory the equation for nobbing the gear tooth shape by single Novikov gear hob is derived. The difference between tooth shapes cut by single Novikov gear hob and gear rack is analysed and calculated. Thus the foundation of calculating the tooth by single plane gear meshing instead of the complicated and lengthy space gear meshing is provided. The conclusion is demonstrated by practical applications.
