摘要
采用苗期反复干旱法鉴定谷子抗旱性,结果可靠,有实用性.谷子抗旱性与米质粳糯、产地、苗子萎蔫早晚有关,而与苗色和生育期无关.露地全生育期鉴定,苗期与穗期鉴定结果一致的品种有94.3%,将苗期鉴定结果应用于穗期,失误机率为2.9%;苗期与成熟阶段鉴定结果一致的仅75.6%.苗期反复干旱法鉴定结果表明,谷子忍耐干旱程度的强弱、苗期的长短可作为衡量忍耐干旱持续时间的指标.根据谷子忍耐干旱的强度和持续时间,可因地制宜选用抗旱品种材料.
The repeated thirst method proved to be reliable to identify the drought-resistance of millet and could lead to repeatable and practical results. The study showed that the drought-resistance of millet was related to its glutinosity, native habitat and the different wither time of the seedling. It had nothing to do with seedling colour and growth period. The whole growth period duration identification in open fields indicated that 94.34% of the varieties had the same identification results both at seedling stage and at panicle stage, and the error rate of using the results of seedling stage as that of panicle stage was 2.88%. Only 75.67% of the varieties had the same identification results both at seedling stage and at ripening stage. The error rate of using the results of seedling stage as that of ripening stage was 16.18%. The drought-resistance identification results indicated that the drought-endurance strength of millet and the length of seedling period could be used as a basis to identify how long the millet could endure drought. According to the strength and length of drought-endurance of millet to drought, we can select drought-resistant millet germplasm suiting to local conditions.
