摘要
在主成份分析的基础上,测定了39个小麦亲本的遗传距离,并采用最短距离法,对它们进行了分类.结果表明,将所研究的亲本分成10个类群较为合理,在配制杂交组合过程中,除考虑亲本其它选配原则外.要尽量在类群间(遗传距离D≥(?)=7.20)选择亲本.研究还提出了综合评价亲本的主成份指标.据此,从39个小麦亲本中筛选出综合表现较好的亲本19个.
On the base of principal components analyses, the genetic distances were estimated among 39 wheat parents. These parents were classified by adopting the method of the shortest distances. The results showed that it was reasonable that parents were divided into 10 groups. In order to draw up cross combinations, besides considering other selection principles of parent, the parents should be selected among different classes (genetic distances D≥D =7.20) . The quotas of principal components were raised. 19 groups better parents were selected from those groups. They were respectively 81285-1-2-2, 85-139, 881, 7182-0 - 1 - 1/Samen De, He85-1 , Aixuang 10, Exito, S14, Anyang83-18, 9615-112, Anyang80-49, Ji84-5418, Anyang85-1, 80 (6) -50-1, Shannong114753, 775-1 , Xichang1167 and CA80228.
